To start an exchange or return, please visit our Exchanges & Returns portal. Please do not just return items as we are unable to process items that just turn up. You must meet the following conditions below.
Exchanges & Returns:

Please ensure items are exchanged or returned within 30 days from the date of the sale.

Items must be in brand new condition, unused, unwashed, unsoiled, the armour installed, the tags still attached and in its original packaging.

Sale items are not available for exchange or refund.

Refunds or exchanges cannot be provided for items that have been used. Please try your items on prior to using, make sure you are comfortable and happy with the fit before using it for riding. The item must be in brand new condition with all tags attached.

Bundle purchases – if you purchased a special bundle purchase, please contact us directly to discuss.

We don’t charge restocking fees.
WORN ITEMS CANNOT BE EXCHANGED OR REFUNDED. PLEASE TRY ITEMS ON BEFORE USING.

Shipping fees cannot be refunded.

If you paid duties to your home country’s customs office, you should contact them regarding refund.

We do not accept COD packages.

Please keep your tracking number. motochick is not responsible for any returned items lost in transit.

Free goodies we shipped to you in the original order do not need to be returned – they are yours to keep.
